Soul-centered, holistically integrated therapy
About me
As an intuitive psychotherapist, I specialize in integrative counseling and self-empowerment, focusing on depth, somatic, and solution-focused methods for individuals and couples.
Experienced in providing quality therapy to individuals, families, couples, and adolescents, I offer private practice counseling, for anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship improvement. When appropriate, I may engage in Psychodynamic, Depth, Narrative, Gestalt, Trauma-Focused CBT, and/or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) therapeutic techniques. I am also a certified hypnotist and breathwork facilitator and have practiced meditation for thirty years.
I have been conducting women’s empowerment workshops aimed at exploring past trauma and transforming disempowering narratives into success stories through therapeutic applications for nearly twenty years.
With a Fortune 500 management background, I offer executive coaching to help emerging business leaders surmount their next plateau.
Currently, I am pursuing a Ph.D. in Depth Psychology, with a specialization in Integrative Therapy and Healing Practices, from Pacifica Graduate Institute, and hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis on Marriage and Family Therapy, with a concentration in Spiritual & Depth Psychology from Antioch University. I gently assist clients in authentic and enduring transformation.
